Highlights of Qunfeng Machinery’s Booth: Servo Vibration System and Customized Solutions Draw Attention
During the three-day exhibition, Qunfeng Machinery highlighted its new-generation QS series fully automatic concrete product molding machine. Equipped with the company's proprietary third-generation servo vibration technology, the machine achieves millisecond-level dynamic response; vibration efficiency is improved by 20% compared to the previous generation, while overall energy consumption is reduced by 12%. Paired with an auxiliary automatic mold-changing system and an intelligent material feeder, the equipment enables rapid switching between the production of various products such as standard bricks, hollow blocks, paving stones, and hydraulic slope protection bricks, thereby flexibly meeting the diverse engineering requirements of the South Asian market.
Many buyers on site from Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Bangladesh, and other countries showed keen interest in the equipment’s energy efficiency and its ability to produce highly dense molded products. A local building contractor from Colombo remarked during an interview: “We are looking for a block production line that offers long-term, stable operation and easy maintenance for a project supporting Port City development; the high intelligence and durability of Qunfeng’s equipment have left a deep impression on us.”

In addition, Qunfeng Machinery showcased a full-lifecycle service system optimized for the hot and rainy climate of South Asia, featuring remote fault diagnosis, localized spare parts inventory, and a rapid-response technical support team. This “equipment plus service” package effectively reduces procurement risks for overseas customers.
Deepening Engagement in South Asia: From One-Off Exhibitions to Putting Down Local Roots
This is not Qunfeng Machinery’s first appearance in the Sri Lankan market. As early as 2023, a QS1300 fully automatic block production line designed, manufactured, and installed under Qunfeng’s full supervision officially commenced operations in Colombo; it currently supplies high-quality concrete blocks for key projects such as Colombo Port City. The stable operation of this production line has enabled Qunfeng to build a strong reputation and gain valuable practical experience in the local market.

During the exhibition, Qunfeng Machinery reached preliminary cooperation agreements with several new clients and met with potential partners from neighboring countries such as India and Nepal. Industry analysts believe that as the “Belt and Road Initiative” deepens its reach into South Asia, Chinese equipment manufacturers characterized by technological leadership and localized service capabilities will continue to benefit from the dividends of regional infrastructure development.
Industry Insight: Green and Intelligent Technologies Emerge as a New Competitive Frontier for Building Material Equipment
Judging by the overall trends at this exhibition, energy conservation, emission reduction, intelligent control, and the resource utilization of waste have become core competitive factors in the building materials machinery industry. The green block-making solution showcased by Qunfeng Machinery emphasizes not only high efficiency and low consumption but also incorporates technologies for recycling construction waste and industrial solid waste, aligning with the policy direction of South Asian nations regarding sustainable building materials.
An official representing the exhibition organizers stated that Chinese enterprises have significantly increased their investment in intelligent equipment and green technologies in recent years, shifting from a reliance on “price advantages” toward comprehensive competitiveness based on “technology plus services” a transition fully reflected at this exhibition.
As of August 2026, Qunfeng Machinery’s products have been exported to over 120 countries and regions worldwide, with its overseas service network continuously expanding and improving. Its successful showcase at the Sri Lanka exhibition has further strengthened its brand recognition in the South Asian market and provided a solid foothold for future expansion into emerging markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
