The flagship QS series fully automatic concrete product molding machine is a key piece of equipment driving the industry’s high-quality development. This series features a third-generation patented servo vibrator capable of millisecond-level response; an auxiliary automatic mold-changing system reduces the time required to swap molds of the same height to just 15 minutes, significantly boosting efficiency; and an oscillating feeding cart ensures uniform material distribution, accommodates various solid waste materials, and allows for flexible molding parameter settings. Selected models feature optional magnetic levitation displacement sensors, keeping product height deviation within 1 mm; the vibration table is constructed from Q335B high-strength steel, offering a combination of strength and toughness. Compared to traditional equipment, Qunfeng models offer a 50% increase in production capacity and a 60% reduction in energy consumption; featuring multi-purpose functionality, they can produce a wide range of products, including hollow blocks, paving stones, curbstones, PC components, slope protection bricks, and permeable pavers. Aftera client in Jiangxi replaced their old equipment with a Qunfeng QS series fully automatic production line, the reduction in mold-change times and extended operating hours allowed them to produce nearly three times as many qualified block blanks within the same 24-hour period enabling them to easily handle urgent, large-scale orders.

In the field of high - value utilization of solid waste, Qunfeng equipment is truly the “ace” in “solid waste block-making”. Its complete set of construction waste treatment equipment can process construction waste, fly ash, coal gangue, tailings slag, furnace slag, and other waste materials. Through crushing, screening, and molding, it can produce new wall materials, with an overall solid waste utilization rate of over 80%. Qunfeng has established numerous “QS series” model projects for block production from construction waste in provinces such as Zhejiang, Henan, and Hubei; additionally, in Nan’an, the company partnered with Quanzhou Financial Holdings Group and Nan’an Industrial Park Group to invest 120 million rmb in a large-scale construction waste resource utilization project covering an area of 65,400 square meters. Internationally, Qunfeng Machinery is deeply involved in infrastructure projects under the Belt and Road Initiative; for instance, an eco-friendly block production project in Ethiopia with an annual output of 120 million units achieved an 85% utilization rate for solid waste and reduced local municipal engineering costs by 22%.
