During the three-day exhibition, Qunfeng Machinery highlighted its new-generation QS series fully automatic concrete product molding machine. Equipped with the company's proprietary third-generation servo vibration technology, the machine achieves millisecond-level dynamic response; vibration efficiency is improved by 20% compared to the previous generation, while overall energy consumption is reduced by 12%. Paired with an auxiliary automatic mold-changing system and an intelligent material feeder, the equipment enables rapid switching between the production of various products such as standard bricks, hollow blocks, paving stones, and hydraulic slope protection bricks, thereby flexibly meeting the diverse engineering requirements of the South Asian market.
