From February 4th to 6th, a seminar on the application of new technologies and materials for the construction and maintenance of new long-life pavements was successfully held in Quanzhou. When faced with a municipal contractor suffering from severe paving block wear and tear, the Qunfeng team conducted an in-depth analysis of the core advantages of the QS series equipment: “high-efficiency molding, ultra-high density, and excellent durability”. The customer immediately expressed their intention to purchase the product and planned to send raw materials for trial production to verify its durability.

A customer who planned to use sand and gravel by-products to make bricks highly praised Qunfeng Machinery for providing a customized solid waste block-making solution. Relying on an advanced auxiliary automatic mold changing system and a swing-type material cart, Qunfeng Machinery’s solid waste block production line demonstrates a wide range of raw material adaptability. It can not only efficiently utilize sand and gravel by-products as aggregates, but also ensure that the finished product has uniform density and meets strength standards, achieving a win-win situation for both economic and environmental benefits.

After the conference, the delegation paid an on-site visit to the new complex building and production workshops at the headquarters of Qunfeng Machinery. This marked a shift from theoretical research to practical verification.

In the sample block display area, the inspection team conducted an in-depth examination of the adaptability and durability of the roadbed block products in municipal road construction through physical comparison and scenario simulation. This intuitive inspection method not only vividly demonstrates Qunfeng Machinery’s manufacturing process of “the devil is in the details,” but also wins high recognition from customers for its solid quality.
