On March 17, Tursunov Nomat, Governor of Navoi Region of Uzbekistan, led a delegation of government and business representatives to visit Qunfeng Machinery. Accompanied by various government officials and the Chairman of Qunfeng Machinery, the delegation conducted an on-site visit to the production front lines. There, they experienced firsthand the prowess of smart manufacturing within the company’s modern workshops and engaged in in-depth discussions regarding building materials production, tailings treatment, and industrial investment.

The inspection team first visited the sample block display area, which showcased various concrete products manufactured by Qunfeng Machinery Equipment, including roadbed blocks, curb stones, permeable blocks, and imitation stone blocks. The Qunfeng Machinery team provided the inspection team with a detailed introduction to the performance characteristics, production processes, and wide applications of these concrete products in infrastructure construction. The delegation carefully examined the texture and style of various products and highly praised Qunfeng Machinery’s achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing.

As one of Uzbekistan’s largest industrial centers, Navoi Region not only boasts abundant non-metallic mineral and ores resources, but also features a free economic zone covering the entire territory, enjoying highly attractive tax incentives. Qunfeng Machinery’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities have not only attracted the attention of the international market, but have also gained high attention from the domestic industry. On March 15, Qunfeng Machinery proudly welcomed a prestigious delegation of nearly 100 industry leaders and scholars from the Imitation Stone PC block Industry Forum to our digitalized manufacturing facility. During the visit, both sides held profound exchanges on overseas expansion strategies, technical processes, and real-world industrial applications.

In the sample block display area, the delegation was attracted by the oversized and solid roadbed blocks. These roadbed blocks combine advantages such as shorter construction time, lower cost, and no weather restrictions, and are becoming a trendsetter in the industry. It is precision-manufactured by China’s first fully automated dry-cast production line for road base blocks, which is equipped with the Qunfeng QS2000 concrete block making machine. Supported by customized molds and an auxiliary automatic mold-changing system, the line can flexibly switch product specifications on demand to meet diverse engineering requirements.

In the finished product exhibition area, the QS series concrete product molding machine became the focus of the inspection team’s attention. Equipped with Qunfeng’s proprietary third-generation patented servo vibration system, the equipment achieves millisecond-level synchronized control. By drastically boosting excitation efficiency through ultra-high dynamic response, this technology delivers directly quantifiable benefits: it cuts energy consumption by over 12%, increases vibration start-up efficiency by more than 20%, and improves overall production efficiency by 3% to 5%. This provides robust support for the highly efficient manufacturing of concrete products.
