Against this backdrop, Qunfeng Machinery recently successfully completed the installation and commissioning of an automated production line with a frame system in Thailand, which is about to officially go into production.

Production efficiency has achieved a leap.
At the beginning of the year, a Thai customer planned to upgrade his production line. Recommended by his Chinese partner in the China-Thailand cooperation project, he established contact with the Qunfeng Machinery team at the Canton Fair. Through multiple rounds of in-depth communication, and based on market research and competitor analysis, the company recognized the performance and quality advantages of Qunfeng’s solution at the same price point, and especially valued its timely response and localized technical service capabilities. Ultimately, the customer decided to introduce the Qunfeng QS1300 automated concrete product production line with scaffolding to meet the continuously growing production demand.

The core equipment for the successful launch of the production line in Thailand is the QS1300 concrete product molding machine from Qunfeng Machinery, which is equipped with Qunfeng Machinery’s third-generation patented servo vibrator and features high output and low energy consumption. Furthermore, based on customer needs and Thailan’s hot and humid climate, the Qunfeng Machinery technical team has specifically enhanced the equipment’s heat dissipation system and moisture-proof and rust-proof performance to ensure that the equipment can maintain long-term stable operation in complex environments.

Automatic cable tray maintenance mode, significantly improved transportation and maintenance efficiency.
Based on customers’ specific needs for automation, space, and cost, Qunfeng Machinery has integrated an innovative solution for production lines – the automated conveyor belt maintenance mode. This model directly addresses the pain points of high costs, low transportation efficiency, and large land occupation in the traditional building materials production process. By coordinating the operation of the block lifting machine and the special curing frame, it significantly reduces investment costs and improves overall operational efficiency and production continuity.

The fully servo-interactive brick lifting machine adopts a modular design, and the lifting height can be set according to different product specifications. By optimizing the mechanical structure and intelligent control parameters, precise and efficient product transfer was achieved, which significantly reduced manual intervention and effectively improved the overall production line efficiency.

Compared with fixed curing kilns, the use of optimized brick racks not only increases space utilization but also reduces investment costs. It also avoids direct stacking of bricks, facilitates product transfer and curing, and enhances the continuity and stability of the production process.

Fully upgraded automation components enable efficient production.
In the overall design of its production line, Qunfeng Machinery integrates multiple sets of automated and intelligent equipment, including a fully servo-interactive brick lifting machine, a high-precision servo palletizer, and an intelligent control system, to build a highly automated production system throughout the entire process. This production line has almost completely replaced traditional manual operations and has demonstrated outstanding performance in improving production efficiency and operational stability, providing a replicable example for the upgrading of the traditional building materials manufacturing industry.

A localized technical team wins the favor of Thai clients.
During the equipment installation process, the customer’s on-site manager mentioned that the European equipment they initially used lacked localized services, resulting in untimely maintenance of the production line and frequent production interruptions. Therefore, for this production line upgrade, the customer prioritized “ensuring localized service capabilities”. Qunfeng Machinery has a technical service team in Thailand, which can provide technical services with rapid response and stable support. Currently, with the concerted efforts of Qunfeng’s domestic engineers and the technical team at its Thailand office, the production line is about to complete commissioning and officially commence production, participating in local municipal, transportation, and Belt and Road related projects.
