Automated transfer system:Equipped with a programmable servo-controlled finger car system, the production line conveys the freshly molded products to the elevator, from which the finger car transfers them to the curing kiln. Finally, the cured products are transported by the finger car to the lowerator for unstacking and cubing. This automated workflow significantly boosts transport efficiency while safeguarding superior product quality.

Automated palletizing system:In traditional block making lines, cubing has always been a labor-intensive process where products are highly susceptible to damage. Qunfeng Machinery’s fully automated production line addresses this with an advanced high-level servo cubing system.
