With the further deepening of the cooperation in the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, Inner Mongolia, as the core hub region, has ushered in the vigorous development of the infrastructure market.  More and more customers take advantage of the opportunity to expand investment in the infrastructure sector in Inner Mongolia. Recently, QUNFENG Machinery has successfully completed the delivery and operation of "Supersonic" QS1300 Construction Waste Brick Production Line and QP800 Automatic Hydraulic Forming Brick Production Line. It is expected that the project will inject more vitality into the construction of China-Mongolian-Russia Economic corridor when it is fully put into operation.

As an important part of the “Belt and Road” Initiative, the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor carries out the vision of connecting the Silk Road Economic Belt with Russia's Trans-Eurasia Railway and Mongolia's Steppe Road Initiative. Inner Mongolia, which spans the "three North" and is adjacent to eight provinces, is a border province in northern China connecting Russia and Mongolia. Due to its 4,221km border line and unique geographical location, Inner Mongolia has become the core hub area of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor.

Inner Mongolia gives full play to its geographical advantages and makes every effort to promote the "opening-up circle" facing Russia and Mongolia. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Inner Mongolia will deepen cooperation in ecological and environmental protection, international production capacity, infrastructure and other fields, and vigorously develop port economy. In the wave of the construction of the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor, whether it is the China-Mongolia cross-border Economic cooperation zone, the Ceke Port cross-border railway and other major engineering projects, or the planning and construction of new towns, the huge demand for infrastructure cannot be underestimated. In the new urban construction, how to realize the resource utilization of the massive construction waste generated by the reconstruction of the old city and the demolition of the area is a new topic under the background of "two-carbon strategy".

In order to seize the opportunity, the customer conducted careful investigation and chose to cooperate with QUNFENG Machinery. Among the two production lines introduced, QUNFENG "Supersonic" QS1300 construction waste brick production line is a collection of construction waste recycling, and brick making. It has an annual processing capacity of 200,000 tons of construction waste and can replace about 80% of natural mine resources. It has the characteristics of low production cost, good product quality and high yield efficiency. It is mainly used in the production of concrete products such as concrete block, paving stone, grass-planting brick and curb stone. The vibration system of its molding machine adopts efficient servo vibration system, which has fast response speed and can realize high-frequency vibration, energy saving and noise reduction, and better product compactness.

The molding machine of another QP800 Self-Dynamic and Static Pressing Brick Production Line adopts a special control system, which saves 30% energy compared with the ordinary motor. Its 800 tons of pressing force can make the products more dense. At the same time, it is equipped with a vibration table micro-vibration system, which makes the vibration cloth faster and more uniform, and the noise is lower. 

The whole line operation effect is energy saving, low noise and high efficiency. It can produce a variety of brick types such as high strength paving stone with surface layer and terrazzo tiles, and can also adapt to the production of slag, fly ash, tailings and other materials.

As an important node of China's opening up to the north, Inner Mongolia connects Russia and Mongolia with its unique location and plays a significant strategic fulcrum role in opening up the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor. Although the global economic growth is generally slowed down due to the impact of "black swan" events such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Inner Mongolia will play an increasing important role in the China-Mongolian-Russia Economic Corridor, and the demand for infrastructure will further increase.
