Continuous Orders | 6 Years of Collaboration, "Supersonic" 2.0 Series Intelligent Brick Machine to be Shipped, Boosting the Soaring of South African Customers

Recently, Qunfeng Machinery received another order from a South African customer for a set of "Supersonic" 2.0 Series intelligent brick machines. This marks the customer's third collaboration with Qunfeng Machinery, following their initial introduction of the QFT10-15 fully automatic brick production line in 2015 and the subsequent introduction of the "Supersonic" QS1800 automatic brick production line in 2020.

The "Supersonic" 2.0 Series intelligent brick machine is a flagship product developed and upgraded by Qunfeng Machinery in 2021. This series of products underwent comprehensive innovations in energy saving, automation level, and product quality. Since its launch, the product has gained the favor of numerous new and existing customers both domestically and internationally. Multiple production lines consisting of these machines were shipped within a short period, further demonstrating the deep integration of the company's research and development capabilities with market demands.

It is reported that based on their positive experiences from the previous two collaborations, upon learning about Qunfeng Machinery's re-upgrade of the "Supersonic" series in 2021, and considering their own business expansion needs, the customer decided to introduce a third production line. After a detailed understanding of the performance of the new product, they promptly placed an order.

The ordered QS1300 from this collaboration is the star of the "Supersonic" 2.0 Series and is more suitable for investment production in medium to large enterprises. Compared to the previous generation product, the core components of this upgraded version have been comprehensively improved, achieving higher molding speed, product quality, and energy-saving and emission reduction capabilities.

In addition, this version has added an auxiliary automatic mold changing function, which allows the fastest mold change within 20 minutes for molds of the same height. It also incorporates the Qunfeng Cloud Platform, making program downloading, parameter optimization, and equipment operation status monitoring more convenient, further enhancing automation and digitization capabilities.

"High configuration is a significant highlight of the 'Supersonic' 2.0 Series. Starting from the actual needs of customers, we have designed several high-end standard configurations for the series, such as the servo vibration system, auxiliary automatic mold changing function, and scraper-enclosed face material machine. These configurations have increased production efficiency by approximately 18%, vibration force by about 27%, and reduced energy consumption by about 20%. This is what sets us apart from other domestic brick machine brands," said the chief designer of this series.

Currently, the order is in urgent production , and it is expected to be shipped by the end of this month. The consecutive orders received by the "Supersonic" 2.0 Series are a strong testament to Qunfeng Machinery's commitment to technological innovation and a clear demonstration of the trust and affirmation from domestic and international customers in Qunfeng Machinery's technical strength.
