Recently, the People's Daily highlighted in its article "From Waste to Pavement: Recycled Bricks Build City Squares" that Jiangsu—a major province for construction and urbanization—faces significant solid waste management challenges amid urban renewal efforts. In response to China's "Zero-Waste City" initiative, a Nanjing-based environmental company has pioneered a solid waste recycling project, partnering with Qunfeng Machinery to establish a construction waste regeneration base. This collaboration aims to boost local construction waste recycling rates and accelerate green, low-carbon urban transformation.

On May 24, 2025, at the CAD Drafting Vocational Skills Competition jointly organized by the Nan’an Federation of Trade Unions, Municipal Talent Office, and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wang Jinmu, a mechanical engineer from Qunfeng, stood out with his solid theoretical knowledge and exceptional practical skills. He secured three prestigious honors: the Nan’an May 1st Labor Medal, First Prize in the Skills Competition, and the title of "Nan’an Technical Expert." Another Qunfeng engineer, Chen Huaikun, also delivered an outstanding performance, earning the Third Prize in the competition.
