Qunfeng Machinery has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a fully automated concrete products production line, custom-built for a major building materials enterprise in Hainan. The line is now ready for official operation, with plans to utilize stone powder—a byproduct of sand and gravel processing—as raw material to manufacture high-quality concrete products. This innovative approach not only maximizes resource efficiency but also creates new profit growth opportunities for the client through advanced automation and intelligent technologies.

Recently, the People's Daily highlighted in its article "From Waste to Pavement: Recycled Bricks Build City Squares" that Jiangsu—a major province for construction and urbanization—faces significant solid waste management challenges amid urban renewal efforts. In response to China's "Zero-Waste City" initiative, a Nanjing-based environmental company has pioneered a solid waste recycling project, partnering with Qunfeng Machinery to establish a construction waste regeneration base. On May 24, 2025, at the CAD Drafting Vocational Skills Competition jointly organized by the Nan’an Federation of Trade Unions, Municipal Talent Office, and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Wang Jinmu, a mechanical engineer from Qunfeng, stood out with his solid theoretical knowledge and exceptional practical skills. He secured three prestigious honors: the Nan’an May 1st Labor Medal, First Prize in the Skills Competition, and the title of "Nan’an Technical Expert." Another Qunfeng engineer, Chen Huaikun, also delivered an outstanding performance, earning the Third Prize in the competition. Recently, the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) released data showing that in 2024, the “Little Giants” enterprises showed strong development momentum, with a sales revenue growth rate of 2.1 percentage points higher than the national average; the sales revenue of “Little Giants” enterprises in the manufacturing industry grew by 3.2% year-on-year; and the value of exports increased by 12.1% year-on-year. The sales revenue of manufacturing “Little Giant” enterprises increased by 3.2% year-on-year, and the export amount increased by 12.1% year-on-year.
