Qunfeng Machinery’s Production Line Has Been Established in Pakistan, Contributing To The High-quality Development of The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor

Over the past decade, the first phase of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has achieved remarkable success. In response to Pakistan’s urgent need for infrastructure development, a major state-owned infrastructure contractor plans to procure a block-making production line to ensure a stable supply of building materials for related projects. Recommended by its Chinese partner, the company contacted Qunfeng Machinery and, after comparing various options, immediately selected the QS series concrete product production line. Following a comprehensive evaluation, the client highly praised the performance and stability of Qunfeng’s equipment, noting that its production efficiency significantly outpaced that of other products in the same price range.

The core equipment of this production line is the QS series fully automatic concrete product molding machine, equipped with a 5G IoT remote control module. This enables remote monitoring of production processes and operational status through terminal devices, as well as real-time adjustment of production parameters based on actual manufacturing needs. The machine body is integrally welded using Mn alloy structural steel, while the vibration table is made of military-grade, high-toughness alloy. These features ensure long-term, stable operation of the equipment even under harsh conditions such as high temperatures and dusty environments in Pakistan.
