The QS series of fully automatic concrete product moulding machines, which were the focus of Qunfeng Machinery's exhibition, fully demonstrated the company's deep accumulation of technological research and development: equipped with the third-generation servo vibration patent technology, it significantly optimises energy efficiency, with actual energy consumption reduced by more than 12%, vibration efficiency improved by more than 20%, and production efficiency increased by 3-5%. Additionally, Qunfeng demonstrated more targeted and operationally adaptable localised solutions to visiting clients, further enhancing market recognition of the Qunfeng Machinery brand.

The Americas region is characterised by harsh operating conditions such as high temperatures and humidity. Qunfeng Machinery's concrete block product forming machine features a frame structure made of high-quality manganese alloy structural steel plates, which are fully welded and undergo shot blasting for rust removal and stress relief. The overall frame structure is robust and durable. The main machine's vibration table is made of ultra-high-tensile military-grade alloy materials, with components subjected to ‘special’ welding and heat treatment.

Additionally, special protective reinforcement designs have been implemented to effectively reduce the failure rate under complex operating conditions.
